Brastel Welcomes Brazilian Students for a Day of Learning and Inspiration

At Brastel, we believe in empowering the next generation of young professionals. This is why we proudly participated in the Jovens Aprendizes program, an initiative designed to allow young students to gain valuable work experience and insight into the corporate world.

Recently, three bright students from Brazil were invited to spend a day at our headquarters in Tokyo. Their day began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the array of services Brastel offers, from our telecommunications solutions to international money transfers.

An Inspirational Day of Learning

The highlight of the visit was an exclusive opportunity for the students to meet and talk with our CEOs, who shared their journey, vision for the future, and advice for aspiring professionals. The students, excited by this rare chance, asked insightful questions about leadership, innovation, and what it takes to succeed in a dynamic industry like telecommunications.

Hands-On Experience Across Departments

In addition to meeting our CEOs, the students had the chance to interact with staff from various departments, including marketing, customer service, and project management. The girls conducted interviews with Brastel employees, learning about the diverse roles and responsibilities within our company. Each department provided a glimpse into the work environment and how different teams collaborate to achieve common goals.

A Day to Remember

This one-day experience was not only an opportunity for these young women to explore different career paths but also a chance to envision their own futures in the professional world. We are proud to have been a part of their learning journey and hope that this day inspired them as they continue their education and start thinking about their careers.

At Brastel, we are committed to supporting initiatives that foster growth, learning, and inclusivity. Programs like Jovens Aprendizes are essential in building bridges between education and the workforce, and we are honored to contribute to the development of the next generation.
